Frequently Asked Questions
What is CBD?
CBD, short for cannabidiol, is one of the many compounds found in industrial hemp plant flowers and leaves. These compounds are called cannabinoids. CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid, there will be no “high” as with another well-known cannabinoid, THC. CBD is known to aid the body in some of its natural healing processes.
How does CBD work?
Scientific research and clinical studies show that CBD works with our body’s own Endocannabinoid System to restore balance and help regulate immune system responses, sleep, anxiety, inflammation, chronic pain, and more.

Is hemp CBD oil legal?
Yes. As of December 2018, the President’s signing of the 2018 Farm Bill ushered in the nationwide federal legalization of cultivation and sales of industrial hemp (defined as containing less than 0.3% THC). This means that our hemp derived CBD oils are legal.
How much should I dose?
CBD oil works best when used consistently. We suggest starting at one dropper by mouth (under the tongue), daily. Allow the oil to sit beneath you tongue for about 30 seconds before swallowing. We suggest remaining at that starter dosage level for about a week, before increasing (if needed). Everyone is different, it may take some trial to find what works best for you. Please consult your healthcare provider before consuming.
Where does the hemp used to make our oils come from?
Our hemp CBD oil is extracted from organic non-GMO industrial hemp plants grown in Colorado, USA.
What is in our hemp CBD oil, and why?
Our hemp CBD oil contains a blend of organic hemp oil, coconut oil (MCT), and grapeseed oil. The combination of the three proves to be the most effective in aiding the natural healing process in the body.
Why is CO2 extraction an important standard to look for when buying hemp CBD oil?
CO2 extraction ensures that our product is of the highest quality, and is 100% solvent free. The contrary method, solvent extraction, uses Butane and Ethanol and can produce oils that contain chlorophyll and other toxic contaminants.
